Q. How much do you charge?
A. Most of the time I can give you a price over the phone, but sometimes I may need to visit to assess the problem, this visit will be free of charge.

Q. Can I make an appointment?
A. Yes, just give me a call on 0788 624 9030 and I will discuss your pest problem and arrange a visit for you.

Q. Does someone have to be at the location when a visit is arranged?
A. Not always, this is dependent on the job specifics.

Q. How quickly can you respond?
A. This can depend on other jobs, but generally we can often be there within the hour and 100% certain we can be there on the same day. We can also arrange appointments at weekends where these are needed.

Q. How long does it take to treat the pest problem?
A. Each job is different, how long it takes depends on what type of pest you have. I will in many cases be able to provide an approximate time during a phone call.

Q. What Payment methods can I use?
A. Payment can be made by: Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque, and PayPal.

Q. Are the chemicals safe for humans and pets?
A. I will discuss all methods with you to make sure you and your pets are safe.

Q. Do you have public liability insurance?
A. Yes Pestserve has £5 million of public liability insurance cover. Proof of this can be supplied where necessary.

Q. Are there any pests covered which aren’t listed on your site?
A. Potentially there might be, just contact me on 0788 624 9030 and we can advise if the pest you need help with is one we can assist you with.

Q. What pest control certifications and qualifications do your technicians have?
A. All of our technicians are certified by the British Pest Control Association and are required to hold a RSPH/BPCA (Level 2) Certificate in Pest Management.

Q. Can you supply unmarked cars as I do not want to draw attention to the pest control problem?
A. Yes, unmarked cars are available upon request; please mention this when booking your appointment.

Q. Are your technicians CRB checked?
A. Yes, all of our technicians have CRB checks, proof of these are available and we understand these are required for some jobs.
